Dear Parent/Guardian,
Vaccination UK will be visiting your child’s school in the new year. All children in Year 9 are due to receive their DTP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Polio) and Meningitis ACWY vaccinations.

If your child is unable to receive their vaccination during the initial school session, a second session will be offered later in the year, and out-of-school clinics will also be available during the school holidays.
If you do not wish to give consent for your child to receive these vaccinations, please submit a formal No Consent response using the same link.
